I think 2024 better start with more people on the step/exercise tracking team! I still don't have a tracker, and I'm kind of enjoying not having one, but I will get on this. I miss stomping out the numbers One of these days we might get enough snow for snowshoeing to begin in earnest. It is raining right now, though, so I'm kinda grumpy.

booo but it's a vacation week/does time even exist right now? I will probably head back to Boston tomorrow or Sunday and I am excited to sleep in my own bed and be back to regular workouts. I just got caught up on posts and there is SO much to comment on, I will have to come back later to chime in. As it stands, I am headed out the door with my mom for some errands.

How many grams of fibre? 30 minutes of exercise? Brush your teeth 2x a day? Drink all that water? Pick anything attainable, specific, and that you know will make a difference as long as you do it. Small is good! It can also be a negative - no alcohol, no added sugar, no swearing at your boss - whatever it takes
Here you go - set it up. Use it. Change anything anytime. But stick through the month!

Does taking down Christmas decorations count as exercise? I am 🥵
I am starting to feel better. I went to body pump on Wednesday, but then felt worse again so I took another few days off exercising. Going to body pump again tomorrow though.
I am on track so far for a green week! I have got back to normal habits and eating since Tuesday. I had some sugar cravings yesterday, but just kept my mind on other things.

For the beginning of 2024, I'm going to do 3-4 workouts live-time, at the gym, or recorded types. I also plan to take at least 5 walks a week and get into the therapeutic pool 1 - 2 x/week.
I had a huge craving for pizza last night but used up some leftovers to make a stirfry with roasted pork and veggies over a serving of basmati rice. It tasted really good. I used a lot of grated ginger so it chased my crazy craving away. Yay!
