Thanks @PatriceFitnessPal for your thoughts - I appreciate it - I'm trying very hard to keep my anxiety low, but it's been difficult - I do my meditation every day and try to journal- maybe along with the warmer weather on the horizon, I'll settle down - I hope....

@morenin I'm sorry to hear about your migraines - I can relate...it's horrible- I've tried to track to see why they occur, but it's all over the place - sometimes it's the food, sometimes it's the weather pressure and sometimes it's stress....hope you feel better 💕💕💕💕

Well, that was fun. Checked my little shed/laundry space and saw an entire cabinet with tools fell off the wall. On top of the dryer and the door. So now it's broken of course. I haven't checked if any of the tools are broken, it's going to take me a while to clean it all up. I emailed my insurance but I don't think they will cover the cost of the dryer. My dad said to just try. At least the pot with linseed oil didn't open I guess… Life is exhausting sometimes.

I’m a lurker who needs to show up more. Yesterday was a better day for me movement-wise. I’m about to turn 68 and have a lot of weight to lose. I HATE tracking my food, but I know it helps. Happy Spring, all 🌷☀️

CW: 145.4I can't complain too much as I am losing weight, but I also would like to be losing at a slightly faster pace @nancyinmiami When I don't get the loss that I would like, I take a closer look at my week and usually discover I didn't do quite as well as I thought I did. If I still feel like I should have lost more, I just do it again the next week and hope for better results.
Looking back at this week, there was a bit of extra mindless snacking, putting my daily calories at the higher end of where I would like. I also haven't been running because my hip is acting up again. Instead of doing other things that don't bother my hip too much (elliptical, bike, etc), I just skipped the gym. I'm still going for walks, but that's about it. So calories in are a bit high and I'm not burning as much as usual.
Plans for next week:
Drop my calories by about 100/day
Go to the gym at least 4xToday's going to be a busy day. My boys have speech therapy in the morning and an orthotics appointment in the afternoon. And of course a nap (for them, not me unfortunately) in between. I'm not sure if/when I'll be able to get a walk in today. So I'm really going to have to go to the gym tonight to get some type of movement.

My uncle passed this morning, we were not very close, still sucks though. I’m not looking forward to another funeral.
we have had so many losses it the past few monthsMy mom ,9 days later my best friend’s mom, my husband’s grandpa in February, a cousin of mine in February and my uncle in March.

Had a periodontist appointment on Tuesday and got cleared to get my crown for my dental implant. Then went to ortho on Wednesday for my left (non-bionic) knee.
he offered another cortisone injection but it’s improved enough that I’m going to pass on that for a while. Still not 100%, but it’s much better than in the fall. I’ve been working out at the gym 3x week the whole time but I’m going to try to start up my regular walks again. We are still experiencing crazy wind, even for March, but I think tomorrow will be a better day to start.4 -
