I haven't heard from support yet about not being able to post to the teams. I was busy with Mom this morning, but I was able to fix the Week 1 details on this Community Page. @Dianedoessmiles1 Thank you for being so helpful in getting it posted to the teams. I will check them in a minute.
Have a great Day 1, everyone!

10 BARBERSHOP MUSIC APPRECIATION DAY CELEBRATIONS

1 - Share your group's performances online.
2 - Organize a barbershop performance. Take your quartet or entire choir to the streets and pop up in a park.
3 - Surprise people on the street with a sweet serenade.
4 - Join a barbershop group such as Sweet Adelines International.
5 - Support local organizations that rehearse and perform together.
6 - Learn to sing a cappella.
7 - Encourage others to share their talent.
8 - Discover the history of barbershop music.
9 - Attend a barbershop performance.
10 - Share your celebration using #BarbershopMusicAppreciationDay on social media.

Okay I just did a restart with my laptop let's see if this posts.
I went out and did the shopping for my folks bright and early this morning. I found ice cream with only 5 ingredients for mom and pie for dad.
I have also found some children's plates, bowls and cups at a garage sale. We need senior friendly items and I spent 5 dollars on IKEA. So I looked it up when I got home and saved closed to 50. so definitely a win.
Hoping everyone is doing well in this heat. Not going to write a ton until I know this makes it. LOL

My bookmarks keep disappearing what a bummer.

@SweetPeasMom55 I can't bookmark on some of my chats anymore so I wouldn't worry about that. I don't know how many times I have given up on posting, waited a bit then tried again and it worked. This site does test my patience.
Went to church and after that washed clothes and getting ready to do my powerfit exercises. Have a good day. Many blessings and a happy new week.

@alphafitchick WB Sarah!!
@SweetPeasMom55 Ohhh, MFP is going through some growing pains!! Let's hope soon they get all up and working well for us. I am sure they are working on it. GOOD Idea in senior friendly items!! I remember my Dad and Mum using hand towels over their clothing while eating (they sat in the recliners for lunch, but the other meals at the table) it helped quite a bit. I remember "Ohhhh that's a good idea, but I'll never do that!" Now I am considering it. LOL hey! Save our favorite clothing. NICE Savings also! WTG!
@Kurtize I never used the bookmarks on MFP. It just never made sense to me, but many do. Good to know they no longer work. Sounds like a nice day for you today!
I went to my religious meeting, after we went to the Lobster Shack (on the ocean in Maine), YUMMY PLACE!! LOLOL I am one of the Mainers who does not like Lobsters!! But I do like Clam cakes! YUMMY STUFF!! That place is very popular. For one lobster, today was 35. That's not too bad. After I came home and CRASHED OUT BIG TIME!2 -

They'll take you from Boothbay Harbor to Cabbage Island, where you'll have a cup of steaming fish chowder, two lobsters, one pound of fresh steamer clams, corn on the cob, potato, onion, egg, and our famous blueberry cake. Included with each meal is coffee, tea, iced tea, and water. We also have a full cash bar available. The cruise is narrated for about 100 each, but the experience is PRICELESS!!1 -
