What motivates you today? How do you like being on the 5% challenge?

Blessings,

@SweetPeasMom55 I hope you slept well last night! How did today go?
@Kurtize I love walking in a gentle summer rain. The air smells so good!
@slstover35 UGH I hate that!! I had to pick a time to go to bed. First time I did that, I picked what I thought "would be an ideal time" it was NOT!! It was not a time I usually tried to get to bed by. I am also a NIGHT OWL!! I had worked from 3 to 11:30 was usually home by midnight. Though on Saturday night some of us from work would go out to eat and have a drink, I'd be home around 1. But, I rarely went to bed until 2 to 2:30. When I finally realized I wasn't interested in changing that, I set 2:30 as my bedtime. I can not always fall asleep by 2:30, though, but over time, for the most part, I am good with 2:30 it just took time. I also found that getting up at the same time each day helps out. I am not sure if you've tried this long enough to see if it can.
@bhoskins85 GREAT Suggestion!!
LOL Crazy Oscar Cat thinks he needs a ZILLION Treats tonight. He's so cute.
@alphafitchick They now do that where I was working also. Many now prefer to stock the shelves. They also have to help the customers, but everyone wins with that! They get paid whichever amount is the highest (some cashiers make good money if they've been there for a while). Are you ok with stocking the shelves? I'd easily count that as exercise! All that bending, stretching, etc! Functional exercise.3 -
@Dianedoessmiles1 see I am not even showered yet! lol
I have and it's a constant work in progress. On vacation I go to bet so much earlier.

Good morning Diane
