    Happy Day 14 of 56 VIP Friends, Well yesterday's workout didn't go as planned. Instead of getting in a gym workout and being off like I thought I got another day so that's counting tomorrow 5 days this week. Today's workout plan is 30 min treadmill intervals 30 sec on and 30 sec off then get in my Core and Pliability as usual.

    @slstover35 WOOHOO on a vacation! Are you going soon? I'll be on vacation soon, likely you won't know because hehehehe we are renting a house and I am the one who booked it. I MADE sure it has the best wifi there is, though it's up in a rural area. LOL!
