Happy Day 14 of 56 VIP Friends, Well yesterday's workout didn't go as planned. Instead of getting in a gym workout and being off like I thought I got another day so that's counting tomorrow 5 days this week. Today's workout plan is 30 min treadmill intervals 30 sec on and 30 sec off then get in my Core and Pliability as usual.

My goal as a front end closing shift leader was with an angry customer be kind (without being a jerk, LOL It's a fine line!) and have them end up thanking ME for helping with the solution to whatever it was, even if I couldn't change it.
