@alphafitchick OOOPS, Did I forget to let you all know I was going on vacation? I went "up north just a bit" to a lovely private beach with a 3 bedroom cabin. Three friends and I had an amazing time!! We were joined by another friend one day, which just made it even more thrilling!The water was 77F! YO! That's very warm, but we loved it!

I've been doing more and more online shopping. Weirdly, it's rare that I have to return things, including clothing. LOL I need to get up and feed Oscar (and Izzy) LOL He's so concerned he be fed NOW NOW NOW!! He's a funny boy. I was feeding them at 9, he got me down to 8:30 by crying and begging, and now 8, but I am not going lower. LOL The funny thing. UP I GO to feed him, it's 7:58!

Happy Day 38 of 56 VIP Friends, My coach had us set 3 goals that are a non-negotiable for the week. I'm going to do that plus write down in my blog my 3W's What I did well? What I can Improve? and a WIN for the week or day not sure yet if I want to do this one daily or weekly. My 3 non-negotiables for this week are 1. Get my workout in no matter the time today and tomorrow (I work day shift) and Wed-Friday in the gym and home before noon. 2. Get in at least 100OZ of Water each day. 3. Get in at least 11K steps each day.
