    Reflection for the week

I'm happy with the loss, of course. But I was hoping some more of May's gain would fall off easier. With it's resistance to do so, I'm thinking I gained actual fat and not just water weight and such, as I was hoping.

I did much better with my diet this week than the last few. I've been tracking, staying in my calories goal and haven't ordered in. I haven't been to the gym since the weekend, but I'm hoping I'll be able to get back soon.

Overall, I had a pretty stressful week, but managed to stay focused on what I needed to do.

    Current weight 181

YAYYYYY!!!!! Did not intentional workouts this week, partially because I was still sick, I still have a freaking cough, it's been 2 weeks, ugh, and also because I had a bright idea of ripping out this large bush in front of my house, and reusing the rock around it for my walk way so I could lay mulch and plant something. Well the neighbor told me that the Bush and rocks had been there when they moved in 50 years ago. So i got the Bush out and now trying to sift the rocks from the dirt. Way harder than it seemed. I have gotten 9 bucket fulls sifted out and only 1/4 of the way done. I have been sifting rocks and picking out roots and leafs one shovel full at a time for about 2 hours a day after work for the past 3 days. So thats been my workout this week. I have also not been snacking much which is so hard for me

I'm under a lot of family stress at the moment, and it's leading to me eating high calorie junk and basically becoming immobile. I need to break out of that, I'm pretty sure it's what's making my body so creaky lately. So aiming for 10 minutes of walking (that don't involve walking around the house), and restarting chair yoga with the Down Dog app! As for the stress, the exercise will help I think, and I'm going to go back to meditating with Calm every day.

How DO you get rid of the extra spaces? I type everything single-spaced, but it always comes out double-spaced when I paste!

    step challengers:

To help with the posting, please always include the month/day (like "m/d") in your post.
for example: "6/5", "Thu 6/5", or "Thursday 6/5", or even "6/5 Thu", are all good…
but not just "June 5" or "Thursday".
    Thanks.

I'm headed to the hills for the next couple days. I'll be back late Sunday.
I'll catch up with everyone then.
    Have a great weekend!

    Enjoy the hills, @frankwbrown!

That’s my favorite part of The Argument skit, too! They make an educational distinction between contrarian and argumentative — So funny to present such logical dialogue as part of such an illogical situation 😉🙃😂

The way I get rid of the line space is to hit the return key, which skips a space (double spaced), as usual. Then, I back space and return again until the text appears on the next line as if single-spaced.

You can also use the bullet point formatting.

    @FWSWCindy

You can avoid the double spacing if you paste using Ctrl+shift+v. The shift makes it a "paste as plain text" operation, so there won't be any bold or italics, even if your original text has it.

@angmarie28 The May step challenge is over and done with. I logged your steps for June, so you're all caught up. But you're not officially in the June challenge until you state your step goal (it was 10,000 for May), share with us where you like to walk, and commit to posting every few days, with one day being preferably Sunday or Monday (Tuesday the latest), so we can wrap up the week that ended Saturday.
