    I won't be running for the time being! This was a very difficult decision to make! It's ok! Enjoying the benefits of Power walking and Cycling! I injured my ankle 2 years ago. Competed in more events and probably did more damage! About 3 wks ago ir became apparent I shouldn't be running. Invested in a couple of Copperwear ankle sleeves. They are helping a great deal! Going ahead with this challenge and any others!

    Currently training for a 50 mile bike ride in Oct! Thanks for the Birthday Wishes!

    Happy belated birthday marathon!
    I'm still on the injured list; I have a few miles to add but it sucks not getting out and having to scratch on my first half. No running/biking/intense cardio means an uptick in depression too. On the plus side, we're finally getting the hot, humid summer weather that makes running a bit unpleasant so I guess it's a good time to be out. And I'm swimming in garden produce so I've been in the kitchen quite a bit.
