Back after rest day. Took a nice bike ride, and had to ride ahead of the rain! Been practicing cadence for uphill riding, getting way better at it. Now I am able to keep a more constant speed throughout the ride. And stay on the bike! Great way to start the calendar week
07/22 - 13.00 miles biking
Total: 220.5 miles

Adding another 50 miles for 584 out of 700. Let's see if I can hit goal but the end of the weeks.
I guess that means you got the tires back on your bikes...right? Amazing...you are amazing! Good job!

Congratulations to everyone; everyone who made goal, and to everyone participating even if you aren't anywhere near goal. You've made a commitment to move and one step is better than no steps at all.0 -
Went out on my bike this evening to get myself firmly in the GREEN today!
7/22 - 11.5 bike, MTD 113.6
Dave

Quick release tires on all the bikes and disc breaks on the mountain and fat tire bike make for easy on easy off. I can't wait for disc breaks to be available on road bikes. They aren't available now due to IUC regs on official races. Maybe next year they will allow them. Caliper breaks are a pain compared to disc breaks.
You and Dave are charging right along. Way to go! :drinker: :drinker:0 -
