6.6km yesterday. Trying to be a little more moderate on weekends now that I hit the 20km goal.
Had a great 500+m push set with a much younger and more obviously fit swimmer.
I was already past the 3.3km mark. A guy that knows how far I swim for in. He pushed me to pick up my pace. We're stayed neck and neck for the whole push set. I thanked him for the push. Pace was about 1:55/100m for the push. My cruise place is typically 2:06 to 2:12/100m1 -

2850m solo swim.
Thought I'd try doing a straight 2500m free to start increasing my long swims. Just casual pace so about 38 minutes. Wasn't too bad except for the last 750m my cap kept sliding up and my hair was in my face!
Then 350 warmdown.
There's an ocean swim race here in the morning which I entered but might be too lazy to get up and do it lol.1 -
