I just perused your pets, you are a group of lucky people. Beautiful animals and very loved. I no longer have any pets because we are gone alot visiting our grandson and taking care of Dave's mom.
Nice to see some new people here too. What a happy bunch!

Sabrina was brought home New Year’s Eve 2009. She had been abused and remains afraid of most people. The slightest paper rattle and she will head for another room. She is an indoor good natured cat. Both our last 2 cats lived 20 years. Must be the Fancy Feast!

A beautiful girl that has obviously fallen on her feet. Fancy Feast and a lot of TLC I bet!

Looks like there hasn't been much activity here the past year. I'm going to post some pictures of our Sadie. She is a rescue - an old-fashioned farm collie or what's known here as a Scotch Collie. She was found by law enforcement alongside a highway. She'd been hit by a car and left for dead. The vet thought she was about three or four months old and had a fractured pelvis and some broken bones. The rescue organization raised the funds for her care and surgery and we volunteered to foster her during her recovery.

This was posted by the rescue organization.

This photo was taken right after we got her.

On dad's lap - you can see her incision.

Of course, we could not relinquish this sweet girl. She is now five years old and a huge part of our family. And - as you can see - smiling.

Here's Hobbes Mark and Mary Jos very huge Siberian puss cat. He's a softie. Jilly is half his size and his tail is enormous. Him and Jilly play together or they did before the pandemic. Anne.

This is Sadie. She joined our family as a broken 4-month old pup. She had been struck by a vehicle and left on the side of a highway in the rain. A kind deputy spotted her and turned her in to a rescue where I was a volunteer. After surgery to repair broken bones and realign a fractured pelvis she came to our house as a foster. That was just about six years ago. We healed her and she healed us after losing our beautiful Afghan Hounds eight weeks apart earlier that year.

She’s stunning Connie. Isn’t it amazing how these pets find us and change our lives for the better.
