Ready to kill the bad habbit on munching till late at night and doubling your calories by doing so? Then pick dinner or the last (planned) snack of the day as a cut-off and put no more calories in your mouth past that time. After you've commited to a cut-off time, update us here on your progress.
To keep the score, we've used so far the format: Me <your number> vs LNS <Late night snacks' number>
So for instance after 5 days of success and 2 failures, you would write: Me: 5 - LNS: 2

I was going to read the other topic when I created this, but I was short of time and judging by its name I figured that the other topic was for fixing the cut-off time. Since I don't know of a way to unify the topics and since we'll be doing the challenge monthly, I suggest that we keep it here this month.0 -

I didn't get off to a good start because we hosted a surprise 50th birthday party here last night. So, tonight will be my fresh start. I must admit, this is getting easier...and that was the "mental" place I wanted to get to. Instead of spending my evenings thinking, "don't eat, don't eat, don't eat", they are starting to just "be" and then at bedtime I'm kind of like, "hey, I didn't eat!"0 -

I'm giving this to me even though I didn't finish eating until 10 p.m. because of sickness in the household dinner was late. But I only ate the chicken and vegetables and did not go for the pie or the ice cream afterwards, so I consider that a success. :drinker:0
