The number, above, does not, AT ALL, reflect the complete nutrional- meltdown I had yesterday afternoon.
No, I didn't LNS. Yes, I ate every type/piece of chocolate I could find....in the afternoon. Meaning: I raided my kids halloween candy to the point that he was YELLING at me to "STOP EATING IT!!"

My schedule is still too off to do this challenge consistently. (excuses excuses :laugh: ) Somehow, I'm keeping the weight under control. Not making the progress I had hoped for, but there's still time. Please count me in for Feb. I'll give you a run for your money then!

zaza, I'm sure you can post here anytime - we're all here to support this notion that LNS isn't our best choice. And, keeping your weight "under control" IS A BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT - don't ever doubt that!

Wow, kinda proud of myself. Went out to dinner with my best friend at the Melting Pot, did not overeat on my calories AND skipped dessert AND didn't snack when I got home. Yeah me. Now let's get two days in a row...0 -

this challenge is such a good reminder for me to try and stop the mindless eating that i consciously make sure i have my snack by 8 then just tea and water......perhaps i am getting the hang of this....although i should propbably not speak too soon :bigsmile:0 -

You know, ladies, these numbers look VERY good.
lula - you are only eating LN one out of every 3 nights. That's pretty good. Think about it. It's not everyday. It's not even every second day. Mostly, once every 3 days. Cut yourself some slack - that is GOOD.

Slender, you are down to ONE IN EVERY FIVE NIGHTS. That means, on average, 4 nights in a ROW, you are NOT LNS. IMPRESSIVE!
karen, your numbers are weird to me, but I think you're about one in every 3 nights, too.
