    I didn't plan a LNS last night, but I was too low on calories.

    :sad:

    So, I had to eat something (it's important, while weight-training, to get all the necessary calories).

    I was low on carbs, so I chose 1/2 bagel with 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter. That was it.

    It was a struggle tonight. But it is 10:30pm here and I made it. It' s bedtime now.

    Thank you BEEPS for putting things into perspective. My frustration wasn't just eating late. It was the excessive overeating. But last night went better. Now onto TWO nights in a row.

    last night my DIL brought home some crunchy cheesies that are my FAVOURITE.....but i only had one!! whew...had my scheduled snack then lots of tea and made it through the evening!

    slendergirl- good job on your weight loss....i beleive it is perseverence and planning...not luck
    lulabelle- good work getting last night into better control....small victories will add up

    I had a quick look over the scores: everyone's ahead of them! VERY NICE, ladies! Keep up the good work and fight them for the remaining 5 nights! :wink: February will be even better! :wink: (since it's also shorter :laugh:)

    I'm right at my goal today - 1405 net. I'm going to go ahead and say me: 1, because there's no way I'm snacking any more tonight!

    Yeah...I made it. My numbers for the last evening of January are:

    Me: 23
    LNS: 8

    In my mind I am mad at myself for the 8 nights I over ate. But I think about my late night eating at the beginning of the month, which was EVERY night, and I made big progress.

    Thank you everyone for the encouraging words. There were a few nights I did not eat massive late night carbs because I knew I was taking part in this challenge.

    I wish everyone continued success!

    Like Slender said, everyone has GREATLY improved (compared to what was previous LNS). So, congrats to ALL for finishing January!
