I didn't plan a LNS last night, but I was too low on calories.

So, I had to eat something (it's important, while weight-training, to get all the necessary calories).
I was low on carbs, so I chose 1/2 bagel with 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter. That was it.0 -

last night my DIL brought home some crunchy cheesies that are my FAVOURITE.....but i only had one!! whew...had my scheduled snack then lots of tea and made it through the evening!

Yeah...I made it. My numbers for the last evening of January are:

In my mind I am mad at myself for the 8 nights I over ate. But I think about my late night eating at the beginning of the month, which was EVERY night, and I made big progress.
Thank you everyone for the encouraging words. There were a few nights I did not eat massive late night carbs because I knew I was taking part in this challenge.
