Well, I woke up at 4 this afternoon if that is any indication. Free beer is evil but oh so good!!! Got a few donations towards my Warrior Dash run too so I guess the river was a lot of fun. ;D0 -
Think I'm out of control.....
Friday-1 beer, 3 shots of blueberry vodka, and 15oz of wine...ridiculous
Saturday-8 beers and 2 vodka tonics and 3 vodka club sodas....ridiculous
Sunday-3 1/2 beers

Finished off the weekend yesterday with a zero!
Now for zeros until Saturday! Honestly I wish I could just stop drinking until I reached my goal. I was so hungover Saturday it sucked and the whole time I was thinking why the heck do I do this to myself!0 -

Friday=half bottle of red with dinner
Saturday=6 bud lights
Sunday=white wine, not sure how much. I don't think I ate enough and the evening is kind of fuzzy and I don't feel great today.0 -
Wow! I ahve completely fallen off the wagon and couldn't keep track of all the alcohol I 've had this month! So proud of everyone and all the zeros!
It has been a very, very lushy month for me!! I haven't been eating right, working out and drinking way, way too much! Hubby going through job changes and I have been way stressed. Can't make it on my income alone....

0's til Thursday. Then all bets are off. Will be in Palm Springs from Thurs-Sunday.
80+ temps means lotsa pool, spa and drinking time. :drinker:

Good Monday to everyone!! Looks like 0's til Saturday. We have a wedding then. Well, we have a class, then a wedding, then the show we work for afterwards so it won't be a ton. And we're in dire need to fresh fruits/veggies so most of my check is going towards that. *crosses fingers*0

Krisco...same stress in this house...re-org at my hub's work with controlling, self-serving people running the joint. You know how there are 3 "bosses" and 1 guy who does all the work....that would be my hubs...good luck to you and your family

Beer all yesterday as we watched TV and then moved onto wii bowling. I was exhausted when our friends finally left so we went to bed at 9:30 and I didn't get up until 10:30 this morning. Had a serious food hangover from the chinese we got. Where I know I can control my alcohol if I just listen to myself it doesn't matter how much or little of chinese I have, I always feel terrible the next day. Think I need to just completely kick it. Got my double work out in today and am looking forward to curling up in bed with the fiancé =] No booze until Friday and then maybe some, maybe not but I'll be practicing my new control which also definitely saves calories
