Me too.
My goals for today are to
1. Record everything
2. Walk 30 minutes
3. Try to get in 10,000 steps - this one may be more of a challenge1 -
My goal for today is be mindful "intuitive eating" to see how my food makes me feel.
Giving my chiropractor this week to heal me and then I will be calling my doctor.

No exercise, only mild walking. Dave is helping me so I can rest more with my knee.

Will continue with a low salt free diet.I am cooking black beans for today. Will be cooking my own beans Instead of using canned beans.
Will continue with my new insulin doses which is 4 unit of fast acting insulin no matter what my blood sugar reads and cut my lantus down to 16 units. I have been having too many low sugar reading and this morning it was 140 Lot better than 75 which I had yesterday morning. He told me this plan will work.0 -

Started aqua fit class today and plan on going until my MRI at least and find out what is what with my knee.

I have started back on the 1-1-1 plan.
Had a one ,one one meal for lunch and pretty tasty
Connie my friend on the ester challenge been on it for 2 years and have lost 65 lbs./ I took her 2 years but what a job she has done.
