I lost 5 lbs just yesterday. Must have been retain water Lots of it Feel like I have been living in the bathroom all day and night

Fantastic day learning to cook in the oven in foil Packett Dinner was real good Had echerd sausage, and English peas. with sweet potatoes' No Mess That I like and very good.0

I am leaning how to cook in foil packets and loving it and the food taste fantastic hardly any mess to clean up

B- Kroger diet shake and a cup of coffee
L left over from last night. Was good then and good again at lunch_ foiled packet of Sausage, slice sweet potatoes English peas I am counting 1 cup as 15 grams of carbs for that is what I was taught long time ago of casseroles
Dinner- will be another foil packet meal of Hamburger meat Mix vegetables 1/2 c diced tomatoes Salt and pepper 1 cup coffee after dinner Will cook more than one serving so I will have lunch for tomorrow
S- 1/.2 apple When needed
I am not up to cooking regular meals so this is working fine for me. Will see if it does the job in a week or so.

I am taking one low carb meals.......... one day at a time On track today. will have turkey Burger and cole slaw salad for dinner. And will try cutting an orange a new way That I posted earlier.and just have 1/2 of it.0

Just for today I will stick to my eating plan of Readers Digest and drink more water.
No Yoga class today I skipped it due to more snow to dig out of our driveway.
I will go Friday instead. Nice that I have the option of Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Shirley what is the readers digest diet all about?
I am thinking about the prevention fiber diet. I already had the book just never did read it. I am in progress of doing so now. Don't understand it too well yet. but do know I will have o practice moderations portion control which is a bad habit I have, I hope to start on it Friday..if I understand it better than I do now. I for one would welcome whole wheat back into my plan.

Readers Digest is another plan of portion control and different meal plans. They have a plan for two weeks of eating. The first 5 days are hard, just soups and Protein shakes.
I haven't seen a big loss this time around. I am not sticking to it like it says. I do substitute some of the meals. I will get through it and then see what I will do.

I am hoping I have found a plan I can live with. Going to change my dairy up and just have calories and fiber. I would leave off calories but mFP require that . I thought you had a good lost last week. Keep up your good work. and thank you for supporting me.
