Okay I am starting phase 2 over since I really only did workout 5 once last week and my own cardio thanks to my arm. So today I did workout 5 & went for a walk/jog for 1.8 miles. Feels good to be back. not sure how I feel about workout 5 yet and I have no balance so the 1 legged squats are awful and may bring my ball out for that one.0

Kind of disappointed in workout 7
I only burnt 248 calories per HRM in 35 minutes. It's all just push-ups and stuff that I'm not confident in. Will be combining cardio on the days I do workout 7.

Today I did workout 6. I only have been burning about 200 calories on these workouts. I also added in a walk/jog of 2.66 miles, ran the last mile (trying to up my running but it's hard).0

I just completed Phase 1 today! Very nervous about Phase 2. I haven't lost any weight but I do feel stronger and have a little less jiggle0

I didn't lose any weight either but I was much stronger. Have you taken any measurements? You can do phase 2...I just started phase 2 on Monday (had to take a week off due to arm injury)0 -
Just did Cardio 2...okay burn I guess for half hour (262 calories). Will probably go for a walk later but now to hit the shower and then homework0

Yes I have taken measurements, I have lost maybe a 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/2 inch in my hips. I am happy with it so far, I really just want to be toned and feel strong, not necessarily "thin".
I am excited to try Workout 5 tomorrow morning woohoo!

Today would have been my last day of workout 5 but I skipped a day last week. So I'll probably do it again on saturday, work out 5 in the morning and cardio 2 in the evening. I hate it tooo!0 -

They are all hard to me LOL. I hated 5 and 6 and I hate 7 and 8. She is EVIL!!! That being said, it's doable but at times I felt like I was going to die! You'll do fine!0 -

Omg I hated 5. Just even thinking about it makes me angry. 7 is kind of annoying to me cause its a lot of push-ups and I suck at military push-ups. I love the last circuit if 7 though. And 8 is intense. Weights are added to most of the cardio intervals and when you do the warrior 3 with weights you will want to throw your weights in Jillian's face. Haha. Have fun!0 -

Did workout 7 again! Geez, she is brutal! I have a hard time doing the crow push ups so I just do as many as I can and do regular push ups the rest of the time. My legs are on fire. Especially the tops of my thighs right where my legs bend, idk why.
Monday I burned 298 cals doing workout 7 today I burned 414 cals. Something wrong with my heart rate monitor maybe?0 -

Hi. I just did workout 7 and had to modify a lot of it. It kicked my butt!!!!!! I usually run everyday,but I think I will lay off of it till I feel more confident..it whipped my ***. Are you getting low back pain, I noticed my lower area is killing me!!! I did it!0
