Wednesday........1223.......1 Hour on the treadmill....A mix of walking, jogging and a little bit of running...-3% decline up to a 40% incline...
Thursday.........600..........31 minutes on the treadmill.....Mostly high incline walking..20-40%
Friday...........1500......1 hour 24 minutes and 41 seconds......High incline walking 20-40%...More jogging then usual. Even some 10 mph running..
Saturday.......Went to the Cleveland Car Show...Had a couple beers...So my usual late night workout wasn't going to happen..
Sunday......1,700.......Set some new personal records....537 calories (old record 521.7) in 22 minutes...This was 30% incline at 3.2 mph....Did a total of 1299 calories (old record 1223) in 1 hour. Took it easy the next 30 minutes with jogging at 5 mph at a -3% decline and walking at 10-15%..Burned 401 calories in the last 30 minutes...
Total........5023........I'll hit that goal next week..Not to worry!!!

So close! But if I was to factor in the calorie adjustments I have been getting from my fitbit, my weekly total is 5202 cals burned so I don't feel too bad. Will try that much harder next week.0 -
