    slow day with a spot of hula hooping inbetween the showers, ended with a 2.2m run at 9.32min mile. lactic acid n seriously tight calf muscles that wouldn't stretch out:frown:

    Did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and some weight-type stuff :)

    ok yesterday was game day, 70min of rugby. it was knackering, it was fun....... I now ache like a very achey, ache and am battered and bruised:bigsmile:
    so today has been take it steady and chill or maybe not, 4hrs of gardening including sawing down a tree:smile:

    Yesterday I did a 60 min class at the gym and walked the dogs :)

    2hrs gardening n need to rest, ouchy back n bruises lol need to decide what to do tomorrow..... need a run but then maybe a bike ride or a walk in the peak? ummmm decisions:happy:

    Today I did stairs for 20 minutes as well as squats and calf raises. Later today will be some core work (sit-ups, planks, etc)

    5m run at 10 min 14sec mile (slower than last time due to rugby aches)
    then headed into the peak for a wander up and down and round lots of big moorland hills approx 4hrs or so
    extremely tired so juggling club was a laid back affair with just a spot of poi spinning n cake:laugh:

    Been doing something every day! Today was a yoga class and then I'll be doing a community poop pick-up in a bit.

    ok monday was recovery day though ended up cleaning a conservatory
    wednesday went for a run in the sun, 4miles done :)
    today was run round after the granmother and juggling club later on :)
    also dog sitting for the week so a walk is like resistance training as he pulls constantly :/

    Monday I went to a class at the gym, yesterday I took it really easy and only went for a walk with the dogs. Today will be JM 30DS and possibly a walk or some stairs :)
