    Today is the day to think about a new strategy for my
    September weight loss.
    It is so easy to say lets eat out and not prepare the food.
    My DH is the worst for this. He would rather eat out
    than me prepare anything. He thinks he is helping
    me out but not so, I am retired now and have the time. :bigsmile:

    Today I will watch every bite I take. For I read every bite could add up to 50 calories. and extra calories is what makes us fat.

    Continue on my gluten free diet. This morning I had a bowl of rice kristies and I thought they needed some fiber so i added 1/4 cup of flax meal. Tasted pretty good.See How it will set with me the rest of today.

    :flowerforyou: since I don't have my copy of the book, I'd have to rely on my memory but if you have the book, you could post one commandment at a time and we could comment on it.

    This is the first dicussion on the Book The Thin Commandment
    I am only going to copy the Commandment we will stay on this for a few days with my poor typo errors and bad spelling Barbie will be joining us for she loan her book out to a friend and the freind is on vacation for a month I tjhink we could all benefit from this


    STRATEGYis the first commandment

    so lets discuss it.
    Strategy is stronger than Willpower That is nice to know for I haven't enough will power to lose these extra pounds
    now I know how Barbie and Len lost their weight They used STRATEGY I have never used STRATEGY on any of my plans i have been on So hope to learn a lot on the subject
    i used it tonight during the last few moments of the SuperBowl I thought I wanted something to eat, I had had SF jello with a dab of cool whip after my Dinner which I had 3 oz of Lean pork loin. some baked frys and brussell.spout so I knew I did not need food so I made a cup of dec Coffee and you know what that hot coffee hit the spot Now let hear from the sneakers. What would you do.?

    i have one question is this legal and not using someone copy right. If so we will drop this.You will need to buy the book to get the full details
