    So wonderful to see so many new faces have joined the challenge -- welcome, everyone!

    Well, I didn't meet my Sept goal, BUT I did make it into one-derland! I've weighed in at 199.8 for three days in a row, so it must be true :) I admit, I was a little bit weepy to be under 200, even if it is just by a teensy bit.


    Goals:
    1 - Aug 205 - reached 08/20
    2 - Sept 195 - just missed it!
    3 - Oct 185
    4 - Nov 175
    5 - Dec 165

    wonk-wonk! Didn't make goal this month:

    GW - 276.6 for Sept. 29
    CW - 283.6
    Needed to lose 6.8 more...oh well! I'll get there, but until I do, I have to be excited for seeing the scale move in the right direction period! : )

    Any step in the right direction is still a step! Congrats on your loss to this point!

    Hey ladies checking in I missed my weigh in on 9/23 as of today im 194 i did not meet my goal for the month of september gw (180lbs ....)two weeks ago i got down to 188 lb after that i let go n lost motivation I blame myself 100% I stopped logging stopped counting. im really going to rededicate myself n put in 100% thatz a 6+ gain wont let that happen again .........welcome new members !!!! Everyone is doing great!!!! , dont give up im not even with my gain pissed.about it but i know wut i have to do 4 next month

    Miss you girly, but glad to see you are doing well! There's no harm in rededicating yourself! Many prayers and best wishes for you moving forward!

    Hey ladies. Just checking in. I lost one pound this week and met my goal for September! I've lost a total of four pounds this month.

    SW in September 2012: 207
    GW in December: 191

    Mini-Goals:

    September: 203 - Done!
    October: 199
    November: 195
    December: 191
    GW and total lbs lost by December 2012: 191 (-16 lbs)

    Hopefully I'll be under 200 by the end of October!

    Hello ladies! Just checking in/sneaking on the computer at work while I have some down time...lol. Life has been good, the scale has been fairly nice...despite my crazy busy weekends that lead to some unhealthy eating. I'm down two pounds since my last weigh in, but I am oh so grateful for those two pounds!!

    Hope you ladies are all doing well!! I hope to get some time to comment and welcome some of you all!

    Today's weigh-in 10/4/12 = 218 pounds WooHoo! Down four pounds from last week and at my original goal for October! Yay!
    I also walked a total of 116 miles in the month of September--I set a personal goal of 90 miles.

    Here for my weigh in today 9/27/12.
    I am holding steady at 222 pounds this week--no loss, no gain (last week I lost a record 5 pounds to reach 222 pounds).
    No complaints here considering TOM, and my indulgence in soul food (collards with smoked turkey, blackeyed peas with smoked turkey, and cornbread) all week. Happy to not have gained anything and to be 5 pounds below my September goal!

    Just Checkin in...back from my anniversary trip and and I gained a few lbs..so now I am higher than my starting weight...but the good thing is after spending the weekend with BFF and our husbands I am super motivated!!!..I hope everyone has a great week!!

    Okay, so I am disappointed with my weight loss. It doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I joined this challenge in June. So far here are the numbers.

    SW-> 200
    CW-> 197 (07/2012)
    CW-> 196.5 (08/2012)
    CW-> 195 (09/2012)
    CW-> 197 (mid-September)
    CW-> 195.5 (10/19/2012)
    GW-> 160

    I would like to weigh at the end of this month at 190.
    GW-> November 185
    GW-> December 180

    I won't hit my goal of 160 by December so I have reset it for 180. We will see. You ladies have an awesome Friday and a blessed weekend.

    Forget to post on 10/18/12 somehow. Anywho I weighed in at 214 pounds--down two pounds from last week and 5 pounds away from my November goal. I added in a much needed rest day this week.     Monthly Goals: Actual Weight:
    Jul : 194 lbs / 195.5
    Aug :189 lbs / 191.5 (shy 2.5lbs of goal) Hopefully September will be better
    Sep :185 lbs/ 189.5 (4.5 lbs off :grumble: ) Doing awfully since summer ended :sad:
    Oct : 182 lbs
    Nov: 175 lbs
    Dec 25th : 170 lbs


    *Will be weighing in at the very end of each month. 1 week and 2 days to October weigh in. 187.5 at the moment hope I can get close to 182. Fingers crossed!!

    Today's weight 216. Overall I'm down 5lbs but my weight is coming off really slowly. Realistically I need to adjust my goals for the remainder of the challenge. I don't think I will reach Onederland but I will get close. So here are my stats and my new goals for the challenge.

    SW: 221 lbs.
    GW: 205 lbs.

    Goal #1 Aug 23: 216 / Actual 219
    Goal #2 Sep 23: 214 / Actual 217.4
    Goal 33 Oct 23: 209 / 216

    Cumulative weight loss: 5lbs

    Goal #4 Nov: 210 lbs.
    Goal #5 Dec: 205 lbs.

    I'm not giving up....just making an adjustment. I hope to get as close to 199 as possible. Good luck everyone!
