Today was hard, had my Jamaican food and some baked goods but hopefully didn't go over board. Working 14 hours today so even thought I can't go gym I can't starve myself either!0

I try to eat dinner as late as I can but I was up 2 early that day got stretched. Won't be buying anything like that to binge on again, just they were 12p markdowns!0 -
you should bring your own home cooked dinner in work for the night shift man. that is what i would do if i were you0
