Finally, my doctor told me I could start walking again today...yeah. I still plan to reach my goal of 30 for January.

I love walking with Leslie. I split up my walks into 20 minute increments so since each of her miles is under 20 mins I finish up on the treadmill. I love her walk at home calculator on FB and let it keep track of all my miles for me. My goal is 60 miles this month and I have 20 down. Let's go walking!!0

Count me in! I was diagnosed with diabetes on 18 December 2012. That was a wake up call for me. I've had Leslie's DVD's for years collecting dust. Time to get serious. My goal for January is 50 miles. Here are my results so far:

My new DVD Walk it off and tone it up is just a killer. I didn't know her workouts can be SO intense. I just love it . She nearly killed me when, after knee lift number 1billion345thousand489, she counted : 4-3-2 switch, 4-2-3-4....I almost ruined my pants :bigsmile: Or when she speaks about the talk test....when you cannot finish a sentence properly. Has anyone of you EVER noticed her NOT finishing a sentence? I love her0 -
