    I was supposed to do 5 miles today (from Ultimate 5 Day Plan), but I've been so exhausted from work last night that I'm going to divide the 5 miles up between today and Sunday. Either way, I'm so glad I'm committing myself to my walks! :-) I feel so amazing after my walks... it's too bad I work nights that I have to get ready and go BACK to sleep!

    All my walking is Leslie Sansone DVDs. It is too cold and windy for me to go walk outside here until around March/April (maybe).
