I have done a mile every day this month using Leslie's Walk Away the Pounds for Abs, so I have done 10 miles so far. My goal for the month is 30 miles.

Either way, I'm so glad I'm committing myself to my walks! :-) I feel so amazing after my walks... it's too bad I work nights that I have to get ready and go BACK to sleep!0 -
