I have been slacking on posting here. I am so bad about getting on the computer It's just so much easier using my phone and of course I can't get on the message boards unless I am on the computer....SO, I am going to try and get on the computer at least once a day and post to this challenge.
My starting weight when I began this challenge was 197, my weight as of Sunday, Feb. 3 is 192.5. I weigh in on Sundays:

Checking in after my week away and I am up a few pounds as I expected to be, mostly excess sodium I think while on vacay. By next week I hope to be back on course. Getting back into the groove now, have to get the weight down and catch up on my pound a week goals. It will come. Keep up the good work all.0

Bleck! I've been down and up and down again ... I need to get myself under control. Not bad considering all of the fluctuation, only 1/2 pound off of the week 6 bench mark.

Finally a loss, not a huge one but a loss - Down 1/2 lb from last official weigh-in, but 3 lbs from last week which was a sodium laden post vacation weigh in, so very happy.
