    I'm at 26 miles so far!! Only another 34 to reach my goal! I hope I can do it!!

    Oh goodness me, you are all doing so great.
    I am a bit behind with my book keeping because I was very busy at home. But I walk almost every day. Here's the update:

    Goal for may : 60 miles

    5/5 2 miles belly blasting walk
    6/5 2 miles : Bellyblasting walk
    7/5 4 miles : outside
    10/4 2 miles : 4 mile power walk
    13.5. 2 miles: belly blasting walk
    14.5. 5 miles : 5 day walk plan
    17.5. 4 miles outside
    18.5. 4 miles : 4 mile power walk
    19.5.7 miles: 3 outside, 4 miles 4mile power walk

    May 3: 2miles/30 Minute Walk/324 calories burnt used 3lb weights the entire workout!
    May 4: 5 miles/5 Really Big Miles/774 calories burnt

    May 6: 3 miles/3 Mile Advance Walk/377 calories burnt
    May 7: 4 miles/4 Mile Super Challenge/598 calories burnt

    May 9: 3 miles/5 Really Big Miles (I only did the first 3 miles and was worn out! BUT I had a major calorie burnt. This is probably the most calories I've burnt in this amount of time in a cardio workout. I'm thinking that maybe I might try to do these first 3 miles twice a day!!!/ 532 calories burnt!! See above on May 2~I only burned 387 for those 3 miles

    Hello Again!! Monday 5/20/13 :) Here to report weekly miles!

    Still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan. However, I am customizing by doing different days on certain days because of varied energy levels. By Friday I seem to run out of gas LOL.

    05/06- 3 Mile + Abs
    05/07 -4 Mile + Arms
    05/08- 1 Mile + Legs --- Got the husband to join me for that day even :D
    05/09- 2 Mile + Chest/Back
    05/10- Could only do 2 miles today with warm up/cool down and full body stretch

    05/13- 5 mile + full body stretch
    05/14- 4 mile + Arms
    05/15- 3 mile + Abs
    05/16- 2 mile+ Chest/Back + 30 min weight training :)
    05/17- 1 mile+ Legs

    05/20- 5 mile + full body stretch
    This week I have a friend in town for 5 days, so I will be doing as much as I can this week while she is here. It may not be as much as 15 total miles this week, but I will try :D

    Total Miles to date: 32 Miles
    Total Miles remaining for month: 8 to 18 miles left!!

    Keep up that walkin'! Y'all are doing great and you all inspire me :D See you next Monday.

    Got another 3 miles in today! That brings my total up to 29 miles which leaves 31 to reach my goal of 60 miles this month!! I think I can do it!!

    Well, I am pretty late to the game for May, but there are eleven days left and I would like to walk 20 miles. I have not done any exercise in quite a while, but I used to love my Leslie Sansone videos, so here goes. I just finished a two mile walk. I am exhausted, but proud of myself. 2 miles down-18 to go!

    I'm so excited! I got WATP-Walk Strong, WATP-Walk and Jog, the Walk Away Your Waistline Kit, and Walk Off Even More Weight. I like that these DVD's aren't highly expensive. I like it even more that they're effective:) So if anybody else would like to add, please tell what DVD's you have and what you like (or dislike) about them. I would like others opinions about the workouts just to find out what others think:) Keep walking ladies!!!

    CAS317, Did you get the compilation WATP Fat Burning DVD with the Walk Strong and Walk & Jog, along with Power Mile and Walk & Kick on it?
    My favorite compilation DVD is the WATP Ultimate Collection :heart: . It has the Express walks on it. Of that DVD my favorite is 4 Mile Super Challenge.

    Walked 2 miles today! My total is at 31 miles which means I passed the halfway point of my goal!! I'm really going to have to kick it up a notch to reach 60 miles.

    Ann, I sure hope that your relative gets well soon. Now if we can find you one of those kiddie pedal cars then you would certainly get points for the miles :laugh: .
