Would like an eval please. These were post cheat day so a bit less lean than an average day. Thank you for your time.

Not sure if this helps, but here is a progression over time:

    TomBF20130710.jpg

The top left is a guesstimate. The top right and bottom left are from BodPods. The lower right is a BodPod as well, but I got two different readings in 4 days. First one was 11.5%, second one was 15.6%. Not sure where I am now.

I will add that I had a big cheat day yesterday and I started creatine 3 days ago. Not sure if that matters.

    Hi can you estimate me

i'm focusing on reducing BF%, but I don't know what mine is right now. I'm 19 years old, I'm about 5'7", I'm about 155 pounds (Haven't weighed myself in a while though, so I may weigh more but my size hasn't changed I know that..) my biggest problem areas are my sort of front torso in general, but like my lower tummy, and the area sort of under my ribs (i have big ribs so it always looks weird in bikinis and pictures and stuff...)

anyways, I don't know how to put the pictures here but here are links for the side, back, and front. if it matters they were taken at night after a day of food and close to my period so may be a little bloated, these are all relaxed sorry don't have any flexed ones

Hi! Sorry for the low quality pictures. My phone is a bit behind the times...

    Unflexed

    2013-07-14113523.jpg
Flexed (not that there's much of a difference!)

5'6", 111lbs. My scales say 15.3% which seems way too low, and the averaged calculations on the MFP spreadsheet gave me 20% based on measurements. Not sure I trust that either as my bone structure is pear-shaped rather than my fat distribution per se. I'm very slight framed on top, with a more normal frame below. If it weren't for my ample boobs I would appear extremely small from the waist up (some lats would be nice!). Measurements are:

    Chest: 33"
    Ribs (bra strap): 25"
    Waist: 23.5"
    Hips (around bum): 35"
    Bicep (unflexed): 9.5"
    Thigh (unflexed): 21"

    Hi

Could you check the instructions in the OP and post the views/pics noted there.

    Thanks

    Tom,

We would put you around 13%.

You look great, excellent job on the weight loss, legs look awesome. Do you have any loose skin around the abdomen area/lower back?

I do have loose skin in the exact places you describe. It seems to be getting better over time. I do moisturize it after every shower. Not sure if that helps or not. My gut is the last to go and my biggest fat deposits are the at the lower sides at the waste (love handle area).

Thanks for taking the time to do these evals. Really helps people out. And for me, specifically, I will continue my re-comp with the tweaks you recommended.

OK... hope these work. Not a lot of space there...

172 cm ( 5' 7.7" ) and 56 - 57 kg (123lb - 125 lb) - my scale is not digital and I don't trust it to be super accurate here but from experience I can tell it's not more.

the calculators disagreed by 5% or more with my measurements, so I'm very curious what the skilled eye has to say =o)

^^ can you post a back view. At the risk of sounding like a creeper, we need a better view of your butt. Also a pic with your arms flexed would be helpful.

Hi, I'm not sure if these pictures are good enough but i'd like an estimate on my bf% if possible.

I'm 45 yrs old 5' 8.5" and as of sunday weight 195.6 lbs

I started losing weight back in january of this year (started at close to 250lbs) didn't take before pics though;( while i'd like to continue losing weight i'm getting more concerned about gaining back some of the strength and muscle i've lost over the past 7 months and focus on losing just BF so i started doin SL 5x5 about 8 weeks ago to address that.

sorry, i know this isn't the thread for a bio about me...just wanted to give a little insight since i'm new to the group.

anyway..here are the pics and thank you very much for all the help you provide to this group. I'm so glad i found it!

Hi Sara and SS! I'm 5'3" and 122 pounds. I'm having trouble figuring my body fat % and determining my goal body fat %, so I thought I'd come to the experts. I do tend to hold most of my excess weight in my *kitten* and thighs, so I know that makes it a little more difficult...
Thank you so much for all you do and for the wealth of knowledge you are!
