    Crazy8, that is hard work!!

    2 days worth of exercise brings me to almost goal, so I am glad I will burn more than expected!
    Burned 2202 cals during 3 90-min hikes...

    8/12 zzz nope, unless major grocery shopping counts
    8/13 kettlebell work out, 250 ish.

    I fit in a yoga flow series this morning before the day gets too crazy. 195 cal. That leaves me with 2166.

    Had a substitute instructor for my TRX class and she kicked all of us! She made our normal instructor seem like a softie! I'll feel it tomorrow. I also dropped a pound before the class. Estimate 600 calories of circuit training with just over 3000 to go.

    Long walk around the zoo with the kids for 245 leaves me at 2605

    The Zoo can be so much fun especially when it's not too hot. Perhaps I will try and take the twins soon. Thanks for the idea.

    Spin class this morning for 680 and a quick yoga tape with the kids late yesterday for 195 leaves me at 1291.

    So this is off the 7000 goal. I am totally surprised and thrilled with myself! I guess I will just see how well I can do this month to base future goals off of.

    I have been exercising everyday (today I have biked for 50min already). But I have not counted the cals burned, because I changed my settings to active. Now I only count cals burned if I exercise beyond this much biking. I am sure that switching horses in the middle of this Challenge is not correct accounting. What do you think?
