    I took a class today called CSI - it was a cardio step/strength/interval training and it may have been one of the hardest things I have ever done!!! 715 calories burned! I am now 445 calories beyond the 7k goal!!! Wooohooooo!

    Went to my TRX class and had a male instructor. It was strictly strength training and weight lifting with no cardio. I didn't break a sweat and no huffing and puffing (from me) but it did help me bulk up. My other instructors are female and are also aerobic instructors on the side. I'm cashed after their classes! It's amazing how the styles of the three instructors are so different! I can't wait to get back to my other instructors. Estimate only 155 cals burned.

    Just got done chasing teenagers around a football field for almost 3 hours at a freshman, JV and varsity scrimmage as a football official. My feet are KILLING me! Everything else is fine! Hopefully I'll get extra pay since we're supposed to leave after 2 hours!

    Estimated 900 calories burned puts me over the 7000 challenge! Tomorrow I get to cut the yard for more "useful" calorie burn

    Hi guys, sorry I have not been around. We were on vacation all last week, and then this past weekend I was so busy getting my 7 and 9 year olds all their gear and new clothes for school (they started yesterday), followed by and end of the summer bash! I had a fabulous time with my family and friends :happy: But ~ I blew this challenge big time :embarassed:
