Yeah This Week Is Going To Be OUR WEEK!!! I Feel A Big Win Coming On!! I say this from bed where I'm trying to recover from this stupid cold as fast as possible!! Thankfully it hit just before my weekend....so lots of sleep in store...cuz I'm Gonna Be KILLING this week For This Awesome as Ever Dolphin Team!!

I've spent this whole weekend trying to sleep off this nasty cold thing....and as luck would have it my TOM came at the same time....I'm gonna look at the silver lining here...and be glad I killed 2 birds with 1 miserable weekend!! Didn't get ANY of the crap done I'd been hoping to this weekend because of both...but I think I'm going to be RARING to Go By Tomorrow!! And I KNOW you All Are gonna be right there killing it with me!! :smooched:

Dolphins we took two steps down to let the Sharks and the Wolverines feel what it's like to be on top but ""WE"" want it back!!! The ONLY thing of ours that is going down this week is OUR weight!!! Let's show em!!!!
SUNDAY:
1. 120 minutes of the treadmill & total body conditioning for 1258 calories!
2. 10 minutes of HIIT
3. total 450 REPS from 250 Core Reps + 100 UB Reps + 100 LB Reps
4. I got 2 pts from taking the stairs at church & at home (instead of having someone else do it I did it)
5. 5 minutes of stretching
Did good habit
Did new stretching back habit.

I don't get it. Friday I was on such a high. Was able to purchases first pencil skirt since my teen years. And in one size bigger then what I am going for right now as goal. Then like some sick twist I've gained everyday since and not just a little. I don't get it. I'm in my calorie range. Sodium is good. Drinking all my water.
I just don't get it. I understand us ladies have weight fluctuations and such but come on. :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:0 -

1. 80 minutes running and 120 minutes hiking with my mon posting her land before hunting season. And this was UP HILL, like on hands and knees it was so steep in some spots. Total Calories 1188
2. 500 reps: 300 various ab reps, 120 lower body reps, 80 upper body reps
3. Did lots of stretching today!
4. No alcohol (5 days last week no alcohol!)
