    March 3: LS Walk to the HITS Radio Remixes 3 mile (I really disliked this one and found her "HIIT" training to be way too easy)
    March 4: Jessica Smith Belly, Buns, and Thighs Walk (about 2 miles)
    March 5: LS Just Walk 4 Mile Power Walk
    March 6: LS 5K With a Twist (3 miles)
    March 7: Rest Day

    March 10: No miles. I was out with my mother all day and did NOT have my FitBit. I have no idea how much I walked.
    March 11: 1 Mile. Wound up being out late running errands, and back home I am having to scurry to get my homework in on time for class. I will be back on it tomorrow!!

  • Its been a busy past few day, but I think I'm back on track.
    Did the 5 mile fat burning miles today.

    As a warmup I did the 1 mile Express today. I also did the 4 mile power walk and Radio Remixes this week (didn't post however).

    Been a big old slacker the last 2 days, but back now! Did 4 miles of 5 Miles Advanced. Would have done the whole 5 but I'd done 135 squats a little before and my knee told me to STAAAHHHPPP!!! So I did. :laugh:

    Hi everyone. Reading through the posts I see I am going to have to go to Wal-Mart and find some of the newer and different Leslie Sansone DVD's. I m at a plateau and need to switch it up.

    My goals for March:
    - Walk 5 days of the week - minimum 3 miles each day. - So 60 miles for March
    - Log all my food - weigh it - measure it and make it count. No empty junk.

    AND get my income taxes done!! so may have to wear a pedometer to log all those trips I make around the house when I get frustrated AND may need to put a lock on the cupboard doors.

    So...mid month check in...
    - walk 5 days a week.... almost kept up on that ....had to travel and had meetings - they so interfere with goals.!!!
    - logging food... worked until I set off to meetings...!!

    Do I have my income tax done ...NO ...but today is Saturday and I am using the timer on the stove ...going to break up jobs into one hour segments. GOTTA GET Something finished!!!

    I just joined this group yesterday, just started working out this week. I am working out from home using Leslie' 3 or 5 mile videos (with the addition of some other aerobic type videos) My goal is to walk with Leslie once a week for the rest of the month, that will be 10 miles to go (I have walked 8 miles this weekend).

    I've been cross-country skiing almost every day which adds to my step count, but now the snow is melting, I can get back to walking outdoors. I'm finding the Fitbit to be inspiring. I've used a pedometer for five years, but like the more involved data with the Fitbit.

    45.72 to go. (And 45 pounds to goal weight--keep on walking, right?)

    Goal of 60 miles this month.
    Yesterday I did 3 miles by just walking around at a local farmers market and then walking around my neighborhood.
    Today I have 3 miles with Leslie. Also got in some squats and some DDPYoga. So I'm at 26 miles of 60 so far.
