Hi everyone. Reading through the posts I see I am going to have to go to Wal-Mart and find some of the newer and different Leslie Sansone DVD's. I m at a plateau and need to switch it up.
My goals for March:
- Walk 5 days of the week - minimum 3 miles each day. - So 60 miles for March
- Log all my food - weigh it - measure it and make it count. No empty junk.
AND get my income taxes done!! so may have to wear a pedometer to log all those trips I make around the house when I get frustrated AND may need to put a lock on the cupboard doors.
So...mid month check in...
- walk 5 days a week.... almost kept up on that ....had to travel and had meetings - they so interfere with goals.!!!
- logging food... worked until I set off to meetings...!!
Do I have my income tax done ...NO ...but today is Saturday and I am using the timer on the stove ...going to break up jobs into one hour segments. GOTTA GET Something finished!!!

I just joined this group yesterday, just started working out this week. I am working out from home using Leslie' 3 or 5 mile videos (with the addition of some other aerobic type videos) My goal is to walk with Leslie once a week for the rest of the month, that will be 10 miles to go (I have walked 8 miles this weekend).0

I've been cross-country skiing almost every day which adds to my step count, but now the snow is melting, I can get back to walking outdoors. I'm finding the Fitbit to be inspiring. I've used a pedometer for five years, but like the more involved data with the Fitbit.
