Probably not a fair reflection as it looks like I have lost 6lbs, I weigh in on Sundays and last Sunday I was 236lbs, however when I weighed in for this challenge on Thursday I was 238lbs due to water retention or whatever, done my usual weigh in today and had lost 4lb for the week which I am delighted with but I know I have worked really hard this week with exercising and I'm feeling myself being fitter than I have for many many years. I love MFP0 -
