    Busy couple of days. Took a nice trip to the beach today and walked a good distance.

    08/15 - 5.0 miles biking
    08/16 - 2.0 miles walking
    08/16 - 30.0 miles biking Valley to Mt Rainier Foothills, elevation gain 930 feet
    08/17 - 2.0 miles walking
    08/18 - 1.0 miles walking
    08/19 - 17.0 miles biking
    08/20 - 14.0 miles biking
    08/21 - 1.0 miles walking

    Total: 167.5 miles

    08/22 - 5.0 miles Beach Walk

    Total: 172.5 miles

    87.5 miles completed. I have missed some miles because of soccer so I think I'm going to be short. Soccer is kicking my butt though. I'm losing weight.

    Didn't do too bad yesterday even with the 4.5 hours in the car and lots of moving stuff into my daugter's college room. Added 4.5 miles.

    August total 77.75 miles. Getting closer anyway.

    8/19 strength training, 1 mile run
    8/21 1 mile elliptical, strength training, .25 swim
    8/22 .8 swim, 15 miles bike
    8/23 planning on running when I finish this post, but won't add the miles til later

    2 weeks from today here I come PumpkinMan Traithlon :drinker: ! So excited to do this with my son who is in college and will take a weekend break to join his mother & sister in law for the tri.

    8/22 - 13.07 walking/biking - same distance 2 days in a row! Not sure how I did that- different amounts of times spent walking and biking the two days :smile:

    9.5 miles added! Think my knee is finally recovered from last weekend's Tough Mudder, so aiming to pound out the miles till the end of the month to make my goal!
