I'm in this month too...I have found that when I try for miles it appears to be overwhelming for me, my mind just goes crazy thinking about "miles" so last month I changed to minutes and that seemed to work a lot better. Since I started that new process a bit late I didn't make my goal but I was close.
So this month my goal is 1000 minutes. :flowerforyou:

Zumba (counting as 45 min)

Didn't make my goal, but I did way way way better than previous months so I'm super happy :happy: :flowerforyou:0 -

I walked 4.26 miles this morning outside and then did the 3 Mile Slim and Sleek with Leslie Sansone. I may even do one more walk to day...we will see. LOL I would like to at least break 100 miles for the month. I am okay with not reaching my goal. I gave it all I had and I feel good about my results. I want to congratulate everyone for all your hard work and dedication. I applaud you all and look forward to next months challenge. Walk proud and walk strong.

I did 2 miles this morning and 2 miles this evening, ah, back on my routine!
I finished September way short of my goal at 42 miles.
I'm ready to start a new month!0
