Today I entered my current weight, which is 13.4 pounds more than it was on 08/15/2014. This is the week that I start again to work on my goad of a pound a week.0

Better late than never to admit I regained 3 of those 4 lbs I lost the previous week but at least I know why.... a supermarket processed meal of risotto no doubt packed full with sodium and the following day a quorn stir fry that tasted as if it was coated in salt so I'm sure I'm now retaining fluids. Plan to shake off those extra pounds by next Friday before my week away in Snowdonia!

Morning,
I am still doing South Beach Phase 1 going on my second 14 days and I lost 1.6 pounds this week.
Determined to lose before my trip in February.

Only managed to lose 1 lb this week but feel that's probably a more sustained way of doing things than a larger amount that reappears the following week..... not good for me psychologically!!
I'm away from Sunday for the Snowdonia spa hotel break but am hoping they will have healthy options at mealtimes. If not I'll have to swim some extra lengths to work off any extra calories!

Good morning,
Up early this morning for a dr. apt. today.
I did lose 1.6 pounds this week with being diligent on eating and exercise. I guess it paid off.
Lunch yesterday with my sister and I chose mindfully. So all in all a good week.
