I'm at 26/50 for the month. I'm really liking adding the Firm 30 from the Walk it Off in 30 Days dvd, it adds a bit of a change up for me and that it a good thing.

3/3-Vivofit Tracked 2.6=16.6 total miles
3/4-WAH-Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles=20.6 total miles
3/4 Vivofit Tracked a sad .5 miles =21.1 total miles
3/5-Just Walk-Walk Off Fat Fast-30 minute Big Burn=1.6 miles=22.7 total miles
3/5-Vicofit Tracked 4.1 miles=26.8 Total Miles
3/6 Vivofit Tracked- 7.8 miles walking my granddaughter in Netherlands =34.6 total miles
3/7 Vivofit Tracked-6.0 miles walking the canals in Netherlands with son (who is 34) =40.6 total miles
3/8 Vivofit Tracked 8.2 miles walking the Zoetrmeer Nature Area in Netherlands=48.8 total miles
3/9 Vivofit Tracked 6.2 miles walking my granddaughter=55 total miles
3/10-Vivotit Tracked 3.0 miles=58 miles total
3/11-Vivofit Tracked 1.5 miles painting my son's study =59.5 total miles
3/12-Vivotfit Tracked 9.5 miles walking with my son in the parks in The Hague=69.0 total miles
3/13-Vivofit Tracked 6.8 miles walking my son & granddaughter =75.8 miles total
3/14-Vivofit Tracked 4.7 miles=80.5 miles total

bgoddess- Most of the time I do not get this much walking in, but I am on Spring Break from teaching and am visiting my son in Netherlands. Here, they walk everywhere instead of using cars so my miles have increased for those two reasons. I also wear a fitness tracker that keeps track of my miles everyday. When I am home, I generally do not manage this many miles. Work starts next week so I will be back to my normal miles and walking with Leslie. :bigsmile:

58/90 I took my grandson to the park and managed 2 painfully slow miles today. Spring appears to have arrived and I am looking forward to getting outdoors for a good walk tomorrow.0

39.5/80. It was SO nice today. 75 and perfectly clear. I can't wait for the weather to stay like this. So I can walk outside more.0

Hi guys,
I was busy over the weekend so didn't post my miles. But I did 2 miles each day Saturday and Sunday. Today I did another 2 miles…welcome to iammelcro, hope you enjoy the walking. Looks like we are all walking away those pounds!!
3/16 LS Heart Association Intermediate Walk 2 mi.
3/15 Walking outdoors 2mi.
3/14 walking outdoors 2mi.
3/13 LS dvd Walk away Your Waistline 3 mi.
3/12 LS dvd Walk Away Your Waistline 3mi.
3/11 outdoor walking 3 mi.
3/10 Cardioke/dancing DVD 2 mi.
Total: 40/50
Might have to up my goal for the month as it looks like i may hit that this week.

Hi everyone! I got a little busy yesterday, so I took the day off. I made sure to get my walk in tonight though!

71/90 It was too cold to walk outdoors this morning the temp dropped to 20 degrees. Yikes. My walks this morning were the 2 Mile Classic Walk and the 2 Mile Heart Healthy. Walk strong friends.0

3/8 LS 30 min of fast burn guessing equals 2 miles as well as
30 min daily –guessing equal 2 miles total of 1 hour & 4 miles =Total 14 miles
3/10 LS Firm for 25 min-unable to be on the floor-exercise
Follow by the 30 min daily for total of 4 miles = Total 18 miles
3/11. LS 20 min fast burn total 1 mile followed by the 30 min fast burn total 2
miles =3 miles Total of 21 miles. (Feb I walked total of 27, wow I have improved)
3/12 LS 40 min fast burn = 3 miles total of 24 miles
3/13 LS 40 min fast burn= 3 miles total of 27 miles now have passed my February walk
3/14 LS 40 min fast burn= 3 miles total of 30 miles
3/15 no work out day of rest
3/16 LS 30 min =2 miles total of 32miles
3/17 LS 20 min = 1 mile total of 33 miles
3/18 LS 40 min = 3 miles total of 36 miles
