    Hi guys,
    I was busy over the weekend so didn't post my miles. But I did 2 miles each day Saturday and Sunday. Today I did another 2 miles…welcome to iammelcro, hope you enjoy the walking. Looks like we are all walking away those pounds!!

    3/16 LS Heart Association Intermediate Walk 2 mi.
    3/15 Walking outdoors 2mi.
    3/14 walking outdoors 2mi.
    3/13 LS dvd Walk away Your Waistline 3 mi.
    3/12 LS dvd Walk Away Your Waistline 3mi.
    3/11 outdoor walking 3 mi.
    3/10 Cardioke/dancing DVD 2 mi.
    Total: 40/50

    Might have to up my goal for the month as it looks like i may hit that this week. :)

    Total so far this month is 27 miles need to add more walking to my days to meet the monthly goal :|

    67/90 My son and I hit the park at 6am and we managed 4 miles this morning. I hope to get out there one more time today before the weather takes a turn for the worse tonight.

    Hi everyone! I got a little busy yesterday, so I took the day off. I made sure to get my walk in tonight though!

    3/17: 2 miles from LS 5DWP

    71/90 It was too cold to walk outdoors this morning the temp dropped to 20 degrees. Yikes. My walks this morning were the 2 Mile Classic Walk and the 2 Mile Heart Healthy. Walk strong friends.

    3/5 LS 3 miles = total 10 miles
    3/8 LS 30 min of fast burn guessing equals 2 miles as well as
    30 min daily –guessing equal 2 miles total of 1 hour & 4 miles =Total 14 miles
    3/10 LS Firm for 25 min-unable to be on the floor-exercise
    Follow by the 30 min daily for total of 4 miles = Total 18 miles
    3/11. LS 20 min fast burn total 1 mile followed by the 30 min fast burn total 2
    miles =3 miles Total of 21 miles. (Feb I walked total of 27, wow I have improved)
    3/12 LS 40 min fast burn = 3 miles total of 24 miles
    3/13 LS 40 min fast burn= 3 miles total of 27 miles now have passed my February walk
    3/14 LS 40 min fast burn= 3 miles total of 30 miles
    3/15 no work out day of rest
    3/16 LS 30 min =2 miles total of 32miles
    3/17 LS 20 min = 1 mile total of 33 miles
    3/18 LS 40 min = 3 miles total of 36 miles
    Total: 36 miles 3/18/15

    I have to agree with bgoddess... congratulations on your phenomenal loss. It had to take determination and quite a bit of soul searching to turn your life around like this. I read your bio and I think it should be plastered around the world; where ever woman are giving their all for others and putting themselves last. You can't do that. In the end, you aren't able to help anyone when you are used up physically and emotionally. And we have to remember to "feed our spirit"-I'm stealing a phrase from one of Leslie's dvd's here. And one wonderful way is to take control of our health.

    Sorry, I get longwinded on topics like this. Again, congratulations on your achievement!

    Cold here too this am but more to come tonight. Ugh. You closing in on 90 miles already!

    Thanks AnnofB. You are so right. It hasn't been an easy journey. But I always say "It doesn't take guts to quit" I have to remind myself of that every day. One day at a time.

    I was so tired today I didn't get up to exercise it was just an effort to get ready for work, lol I know I won't be able to exercise tonight either, these things happen. Have a good day everyone.

    I did mile 3 (6 times) because it is a 10 minute mile and i could get 6 miles done in a one hr workout

    Thanks AnnofB I am very close to my monthly goal. I will reevaluate it if I see I reach it before the month is up. Looks like you are walking well too. Hope you all had a wonderful day. It has been colder here in IL since having those wonderful warm temps over the weekend. :( Got a LS workout in today. Hope everyone else got a walk in as well.
