Well, I gained quickly at first but I'm now 37 weeks and up 23 pounds... Not too bad, my doc wanted me to gain anywhere between 25 and 35 pounds. Yay! Almost there0

4th baby on the way! Starting weight 136. Current weight is 146 at 18 weeks 3 days. My goal is 25-30 lb weight gain. Gained 45 lbs with 2nd pregnancy and 15 lbs with 1st and 3rd pregnancy. Logging food this time is really helping me keep track of calories I need.0

So I am almost 23 weeks and this morning I weighed 159lbs.......when I got pregnant I was about 145lbs so I tell people about 14lbs weight gain....but here is my denial part last year I was about 130lbs around this time a normal weight for me should be about 120lbs.....so even though I look ok I feel soooo FAT!! I am pretty active most days but have no time for an actual exercise routine and I eat totally unhealthy I just don't over eat because it doesn't take much food for me to feel way too full!! Any suggestions to getting back on track and healthy??0

Hi ladies! I'd like to join you guys in staying accountable! I've gained more quickly then I would like to so far and I'm hoping to slow down a bit and stay in the healthy range.
Starting weight: 170 (5'9")
Week 5 - 169.2
Week 8 - 171.8
Week 10 - 173
Week 12 - 177.7 (ouch!)
Week 13 - 177.1
Week 14 - 177.9
Week 15 - 180.5
Total ~10lb so far.
I was really sick my 1st tri and the only thing that made me feel better was eating plain carbs, hence the rapid weight gain. I'm feeling better now and most of my food aversions are gone.
I'm also trying to workout or walk everyday to help burn some extra calories.

Don't worry... I also relied on carbs in my first trimester and never exercised... Eventually the weight gain slowed (a lot) once I got back to my 'normal' routine (eating & exercise).
