Kadizia, same deal over here too. We had movie popcorn, then dinner with drinks and dessert. Ate too much, but no bingeing.

Awesome! It's kind of the best when that happens. Sometimes I worry that I'll live the rest of my life avoiding certain foods because they're triggers. It's great when I can enjoy them and then forget about it and not worry that I've "ruined my day" or "might as well start over tomorrow"
My final count for May -
    Me-28
    The binge-3
    Days binge free- 9

Feeling so good! Cooked all day, making healthy meals and soups to have throughout the week--and put some of it in the freezer. I know June will be even better! Thanks for being here, everyone!! :)

Congratulations to all who have posted here. Several of us have struggled on occasion but overall this post and this month has been a HUGE success. Thanks to all and especially Mae and pudding for teaming up and making it fun.
Now - where's the June post ?? I have a good feeling about today - made homemade carrot soup for dinner and eating mango and almonds for a snack so looking and feeling goood :)

Wasn't able to get to a computer over the weekend, so I am checking in today. I had a mini binge yesterday and was able to stop myself part way through. Even though I ended up binging it still feels like a victory as I have never been able to stop myself before. @shell1005 a huge congratulations on 100 days binge free. Great job to everyone, you all did so well this month
