    A little time crunch today 2.6 treadmill miles - ran 2 of them, still feels weird to me. Stuck working the next three nights, so I'm probably resigned to laps around the halls :neutral: Miles to @anaconda469

    6/19 - 1.83 Miles walking to work. Will probably walk home also so more miles to come.

    Knee is feeling better after physical therapy yesterday. Still taking it slow though and icing it.

    Woke up sore this morning, maybe I am going to be stuck with 2 rides, then a rest day, or it could be the drastic weather change today. Just did a little walk today.

    06/15 - 10.0 miles cycling
    06/16 - 1.0 miles walking
    06/17 - 11.0 miles cycling
    06/18 - 12.0 miles cycling
    06/19 - 2.0 miles walking

    Total: 107.0 miles

    I was not feeling well the last two days, so I did not move as much as I wanted to. I kept trying to get out for walks and hoping it would make me feel better but....... not really. :( Thankfully I felt much better this morning except for a lingering headache and a nice 5 mile walk took care of that. :) I didn't even mind the light rain the entire time.

    Added 12.25 miles in the last 3 days. June total 75.75 miles.

    Anxiety is trying to set in... Let us see if I can keep my mind from going crazy... :p ...Wednesday will be here before I know it and then I will be on the road to RECOVERY... a long time coming... :)

    I managed just 2.1 miles on elliptical at the gym later this evening. My IT band was super sore last night so I wanted to give it a rest from running.

    Must be scary. Try to focus on the long view. Some weeks of pain for years of health!

    Well I arrived safely up north and things are starting to settle down but boy has my life been disrupted. Only 3 miles to add for the week :-(
