Been busy the past couple of days... Saw Hairspray last night at The Muny and the show was fantabulous!!! Weather turned out to be perfect, as well. The theater is outside and at first, thought it was going to be a bit steamy, but turned out to be quite lovely with no rain. And met an old friend for dinner tonight, so that's back to back eating out dinner. Not terrible, but more calories in a meal than I should have & too much sodium...
Back at it tomorrow & can eat at home for the next 3 days...

100% 6/24 Got up this morning and my lab ran outside and started jumping on the garage door...think he was trying to tell me something. Took the dogs out for a bike ride before breakfast or anything today.0

I woke up around 3:30 and that was when I realized I had missed my last bottle of water for the evening so I was down 16.9 Fl. Oz. of water. Oh well, too late then to fix the error
Hi All
I hope everybody is ready to enjoy the Weekend.
I had my Banana then I went out walking today, slightly different route once I picked up my Morning Coffee at the Quick Chek, Total 2.8 miles today. It was fairly cool and comfortable. Then I came home had the rest of my breakfast, Banana Bread Oatmeal (plug here Review in the Food Reviews section) and the Strawberry Protein Shake.
When I finished that I decided that rather than have my brother move his car I would walk to the Post Office and back, I clocked another 1.18 miles doing that. I am now officially walked out. No walking tomorrow, It is supposed to be rainy in the morning.

Well, I will admit vacation did me in. I was not good today at all, at least I'm heading back tomorrow and can get back on plan. I'm not expecting Mr Scales to be very happy when I weigh in on Monday.

Thank you, it's always a how to spend with the grandkids. It was exhausting chasing after the 1 yr old and watching the 5 yr old. Tried to give mom and dad a few moments as well. Got my walking in but was not very good with my meals. But niw I have mire motivation to carry in after seeing pictures for the week.0 -
