I have a huge social anxiety issue to overcome..so I signed myself up for a Zumba course next month. Just once a week but it's in a large group setting. So, my goal is to attend each one and try to have fun without having a panic attack.0 -

GW:130-140 - I'm 5'3'' and according to the BMI charts 130lbs would put me in the "normal" weight range, while 140lbs would be the upper end of "normal". I'll decide where I want to be once I get closer to that number.
