Our first monthly challenge will begin the first of August. This month the first falls on a Saturday, if you choose to have a different Weigh in Day besides Saturdays that is fine just include your weigh in preference day with your initial weigh in.

I felt the same way. I have been ashamed of myself and mad that I have let myself get so far off track. We have made the first step to our healthy lifestyle and watching the number on the scale go down will be so rewarding along with the benefits and changes our body will make.0 -
