Initial Weigh In

Our first monthly challenge will begin the first of August. This month the first falls on a Saturday, if you choose to have a different Weigh in Day besides Saturdays that is fine just include your weigh in preference day with your initial weigh in.

The initial weigh in should include the following criteria:

August Goal:

Please also include at least one action or goal that you want to achieve during the month. Example: Cut out Pop, Drink minimum of 64 ounces of water daily etc.

    I felt the same way. I have been ashamed of myself and mad that I have let myself get so far off track. We have made the first step to our healthy lifestyle and watching the number on the scale go down will be so rewarding along with the benefits and changes our body will make.

    August Goal: Start logging on MFP on weekends (I slack bad on the weekends). Get my 10,000 steps a day, and utilize my gym membership at least twice a week. Most of all, portion control!! When I think something tastes good, I let it known too much, then I regret the pig out session.

    My others goals are to wall 10, 000 steps a day and be a fun and active mom for my two lovely kids. That's why I started trying to lose weight a few months ago, I was always tired and lazy with them and that's not the memories I want them to have of me.

    Omg i have the same problem! I need to get used to smaller portions but i dont feel satisfied.
