    Thank you Dave I am doing better than expected this road trip. Now up to 92.8 miles but tomorrow sees us on the Italian autostrada so not going to be as much as last 2 days.

    Back in NC, scale is up, but I enjoyed the carb overload. I walked 26 blocks this morning to a bagel place that gets a lot of great reiews. Definitely worth it. Fitbit says I burned 440+ calories, which is about 4 miles of my usual walking, so I'll log 4 miles for today. Fresh start tomorrow, lots of protein and a 7A session with the trainer.

    09/21 - 03.0 miles walking

    @Dean...so just how long is the Hiawatha trail that coming up? I'm rootin' for you however long it is!

    Walked w/the boys this morning. A bit longer than yesterday. We went to the 'horse park' and looked for squirrels. No squirrels at all. No owls. It was a beautiful morning. It didn't get nearly as hot as yesterday. Perfect!

    Woke up with knee problems on Monday and suspect another meniscus tear. Race Sunday....?
    Sept. 21: 7 miles of walking with great effort
    Sept. 22: 8.5 miles of walking some what better
    TTD: 245.85 miles
