    Got in 14.5 with walking & the ex bike. A beautiful evening but it did freeze here last night, or I should say very early this morning, cuz I got up at 4 & it read 34* but at 6 when I left for work it read 30*. I sure do NOT look forward to winter. SNOW is another BAD 4 letter word!!!!

    Got to see the second half of the total lunar eclipse of the blood moon last night. Too many clouds to see the first part of it, but then it cleared up for a bit. Cool!

    Walked with DDD yesterday and DH and Bean today.

    Sun - 7.45 miles
    Mon - 6.89 miles

    Sept. 28: Pretty much recovery and rest day but I got 5.5 miles in walking and doing WODs with my kids.

    As of September 29, I walked 179 miles and 402,549 steps. I have completed my goals for everything except for riding the bike. I will not meet it. Today it is going to be raining. Maybe tomorrow, but won't be a long ride. My weekends were spent doing quality time with friends and family in September.

    Glad to see everyone and that you are all doing marathons, running, walking, biking, etc!

    @darkrider42 , hope all is well.
    @clepant , way to get back to running. I'm impressed and optimistic!

    I went to the FL keys this weekend, and walked with my American bulldog recue for the first time since "the" accident. She's very sweet and calm, but we came across a stray and she pulled on the leash. Luckily, hubby was with me, since my stability stinks and my arm is still weak. I got up on my paddleboard with some help, but I was able to do a half mile. Stationary bike yesterday rounded out my total to 3 miles for the 3 days. I'm up to 9.5 for September!

    So glad to see you able to move again and making such wonderful progress! Just continue to be careful and don't overdo it. :blush:
