 Did well at the ballpark. Had my hot dog, barely a quarter cup of cracker jacks (my nephew should have been named Hoover) and he kindly offered me the last three spoons of soft serve ice cream. They post the calories now for everything. That was enough to keep me away from the pretzels. They have tons of more goodie items but I would have to rob a bank first.0

            When I was a kid, food was never a thing at ball parks. As an adult, every situation seems to be a major Drink and Eat fest.0

 Ballparks, movies. Used to be candy and popcorn. Now they have theaters with waiter service and actual food at your seat. I guess we're all so busy we can't have dinner AND a movie we have to combine them to dinner WITH a movie.0

 Looking back, Sundays are my toughest, too much free time the day after grocery shopping. I'm going to try pre-logging my whole day this week and see if I can keep those critters off me!0

 Not only did I beat them to finish off the month, I went and rode my bike again after completing my log for the day!0
- 
            First of the month, time to renew count & my goals for October- Stay at or under my calorie target
- Only eat measured portions while sitting down (No open bags or containers)
- Exercise at least 30 minutes/day - mix at least 3 different workouts/week
- Pre-log as much as possible and especially if I am eating out

 This month I am keeping it simple:
 Under goal
 8 glasses of water a day
 daily exercise
 That's it.
