Bacon with scrambled eggs cooked in butter, and spinach sautéed in the bacon fat. And, though you can't see it, cream cheese and some avocado. I enjoy this breakfast so much!34 -

Today's lunch is normally my breakfast minus the spinach:
437 cals
2eggs, 9 tbs south western egg beaters, 1 slice cheese (scramble).

I had a delicious stuffed red pepper for lunch. Now all I have is an empty bowl. lol so no pic.
But it had ground beef, different cheeses a Tbs salsa, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper all pretty much to taste and I added some chopped mushrooms because they usually have junk like rice, beans and corn in them, but not mine! Mine had extra cheeses and the mushrooms instead!16 -
Chicken thighs, fried halloumi, baby leaf salad, cherry tomatoes and mayonnaise. 641 cals and 4g carbs.

Creamy Indian Chicken 11.7g carbs - even the rest of the family eats it!!!!!!!
I dont really like cooking, but can do it well but cannot makeup my own meals so use recipes - I like New Image recipes as they have great Facebook page with lots of Low Carb recipes - link at bottom of post

Here's how I make my bulletproof coffee.
Look at that beautiful frothy cream and butter top! This stuff is heaven!
I go with 1tsp coconut oil, 1tsp butter, 1Tbs heavy cream and 2Tbs sugar free syrup in 12 oz. coffee.24 -

Cheeseburger salad! 2 beef patties, cheese on top of butter lettuce with onions tomatoes and ranch the only thing missing is a tiny bit of Bic Mac sauce! They need to start selling that stuff in stores.....
