LOL this thread has gotten difficult to read since they stopped auto-resizing our images! I want to see the pretty food, but I can't get it all on the screen at once!
Dinner tonight is Original Bubba Burgers. Whatever toppings. Nothing fancy!0 -

Mine tonight is a 6oz Ribeye, medium-rare to rare, with asparagus roasted in olive oil, all of it with either sea or kosher salt.0 -

(Proof that, if you have picky eaters, you can adjust their meal pretty easily and still include the same basic ingredients.)
Lol! I was just contemplating adding a photo of my empty plate!

Super easy for the monte cristo. Any Keto pancake recipe. I mix/blend 2 oz. cream cheese and 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and sometimes 1/2 tsp vanilla. Cook up as pancakes. Then add your lunch meat (I used turkey and ham) and cheese (I used cheddar...didn't have Swiss). And drizzle with sugar free syrup! Easy and yummy!9

I want to try this now, sans syrup. how toastable are the pancake things?0 -
Today saw me munch my way through two bun-less kangaroo burgers with avocado, tomato and middle bacon. Also strawberries and double cream for dessert. Can't complain about this "diet".

My cauliflower pizza never turns out nicely even though I strain the heck out of it!0

They're pretty fragile. I had to eat my "sandwich" with a fork. LOL.0

I have been puzzling over breakfast. My doctor said maximum one egg a day and minimise sugar. No more than 20% carb. So today I worked out canned tuna with a v low sugar mayonaise could work any other ideas?? .
Tonight's dinner is avocado, prawns and mayo in nori seaweed. Love nori as it is high in protein. I added chia seeds for texture. Yummy and easy.0 -

'Roo is about $5 for four burgers over here. You can buy it in some supermarkets. It is a lean meat that tastes like a typical red meat. I would prefer 'roo tail because it is more fatty but I haven't been able to find it yet. I started cooking 'roo for my indigenous friend because it is a traditional food for many of our first peoples. It seems to fill me up more and keep me going longer compared to beef.2 -

What is his rationale for the egg limit? Most days I eat 3 or 4 eggs.

I love eating eggs and will often put a couple of eggs into the frying pan to soak up the residual bacon fat - this porky + eggy mess is delicious when served in iceberg lettuce leaves.1

Was wondering same thing why did Dr limit to one egg?0

Omg!!! These pics look so good, they're making me hungry. I got some some ideas to try!!0

Baked wild sockeye salmon on a bed of shiritake noodles fried in butter, with broccoli and a cream sauce made with butter, HWC and onions sautéed in butter.

Kitn - salmon looks delicious with broccoli.0

Today my son came over for dinner so I served up a typical dinner - BBQ lamb ribs with buttered mushrooms and spinach in a spicy Indian sauce with paneer cheese. Was rather tasty even if I say so myself (and I do!).
Complemented with fresh strawberries and double cream with chocolate shavings.

Portion size looks huge but the ribs are mostly bone.1

@Abm4n, that looks great. I don't think I'seen lamb ribs available here. When I cook my black bear ribs, I'll post a picture here. Not sure yet how to cook those though. I'll have to come up with a fitting recipe.1
