    11/1 Vivofit tracked 1.6 miles=5.6 total miles
    11/2 Just Walk-10 minute Walk Blaster + Tone Every Zone -Upper Body Circuit=1.7 miles=7.3 total miles
    11/2 Vivofit tracked 2.0 miles=9.3 total miles
    11/3 Vivofit tracked 4.3 miles=13.6 total miles
    11/4 Just Walk-Tone Every Zone-Upper and Lower Body Circuits-1.5 miles=15.1 total miles

    Yup then home and of course we had to take out old bed - vacuum - wash sheets - move the old bed downstairs - set up the new bed - vacuum the whole house because the grandkids are coming Saturday afternoon...... I am tired.... and not sure if the massage did any good at all..... neck and shoulders hurting....

    I sure hope the grandkids come with coats, toques, boots and mittens....because I need to get outside!!! It is supposed to be +8 this afternoon and sunshine. And for us that is a heat wave for this time of the year.

    Great stepping/milage, Lilymay.

    My goal for November is 120 miles - 15 over 10,000 steps - get back on mini trampoline or use my walking DVD's.

    Nov 1 - 4 miles
    Nov 2 - 3 miles
    Nov 3 - 3 miles
    Nov 4 - 2.5 miles
    Nov 5 - 4.5 miles - 10019 steps YEAH!!! (1/15) and 10 mins. on trampoline
    Nov 6 - 4.1 miles - lots of in and out of stores and trying out mattresses.
    Nov 7 - 3.1 miles

    Total for the week - 24.2 miles

    Didn't get to spend too much time outside... :'(:( One DIL took the kids outside to play in the leaves and the other DIL and little Zoey (3 mos old) stayed inside - so I felt kind of like I should stay inside and visit and hug Zoey!! Good thing I did my miles in the morning before everyone got here!!

    So far this month: total of 390 minutes walking outdoors. (6th day of walking).
